SMILEASANA 🙃✨

This morning during my yoga flow with mychalangelo, I heard the cue: inhale- Smileasana, and something clicked🤸I couldn’t keep it to myself, had to share it✨💫 We all know it, but just as a reminder, smiling is universal, free and life changing💛

From now on, Smileasana might be one of my favorite mantras 😊💚 also realized I have been practicing this asana since long, sharing it with people all over the world🥰🌎

Grateful for these little moments that shift everything.
