WINTER OPEN RECAP 😎💅

PROUD TO ANNOUCE I WON 🏆 MY CLASS 74KG OPEN BENCH
(That's right bench only cus I got that dawg in me)

Weighed in at 72.48kg (159.8lbs)

1st attempt 125kg (275.5lbs)

2nd attempt 127.5kg (281lbs)
(missed the time limit to hand in my attempt was supposed to do 132.5kg 😂)

3rd attempt 137.5kg (303lbs)

The smoothest meet I have done thus far (iykyk) overall, I'm so happy with how this all turned out 😁. With a 7.5kg (16.5lbs) meet PR my last meet bench was 130kg (286lbs)

Gigantic, thank you to my girlfriend @_sew_fit_ for all the support throughout yet again another prep LOL. Love you lots 💗

Huge thank you to my coach @nittygrittystrength for peaking me for this meet. I couldn't have done it without ya big man 😎 highly recommend anyone looking for a powerlifting coach to his this guy up!
