POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🎬 It’s here! The first look at Neelan & Kevin. Almost a decade ago, Brendon Daniels @itsbren.dan and I dreamed about making a film that represented our Coloured, Indian and Coloured/Indian (IYKYK) communities.
Thanks to the amazing team at E, that dream has become a reality.

We were blessed to have Khanyi @khanyi_manxumalo supporting us, even after moving on, and when we hit our lowest point, Dithapelo @dithapelosegodi swooped in like a third-act savior. Big love to Mapitso @mapitso_ralephata , who mothered us through the madness; Sam @leburuboss our fearless director, who faced every challenge with a laugh and a Red Bull; and Xolani @xolaninhlapo our DOP, who made sure it all looked incredible (and it does!!). I could talk about the amazing crew all day about how they went above and beyond to bring this movie to life.

The cast brought these characters to life beyond belief - cannot wait for everyone to see them in action. Our amazing editor Kagiso poured his heart into editing (and gave himself the best shot ever 😉), and Harshn dedicated countless hours to perfecting the score. This film is a testament to every single person who gave it their all.

Welcome to Neelan & Kevin. 🌍✨

There are things we understand. Things we fear. And things that refuse to be explained. Speaking To The Unknown enters the space between what we know, what we believe, and what we’re too afraid to confront.Because sometimes, the most difficult conversation is the one we never expected to have.

What a privilege to be part of this phenomenal cast, crew, and creative team — thank you for the honour.

We came out in full style and flair, and we definitely delivered on the night!
Huge love to everyone for your support, and a special thank you to those who made me feel (and look) absolutely amazing on that red carpet.
