there is something so special about waking up every day and getting to do what genuinely sets your soul on fire. being part of the most incredible company, getting to help women fall in love with themselves, recognize their worth, build confidence, and become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves is something i will never take for granted. watching women discover just how powerful and capable they truly are is the most rewarding feeling in the world.

🍑 Glute activation - gotta activate the BUM, IYKYK

• Squatted Machine Abductor x10 + 5 half reps + 5 sec mid contraction hold + 5 sec full contraction hold
• Superset: Machine Kick Up 3x8-10 each

🍑 Glute strength:
5 sets
• Barbell Hip Thrust x15,10,10,10,8
increase weight each set

💎 Quad + Hips + Ab strength
3 sets
• Leg Extension x 10 with 5 sec hold on last rep
• Standing Kettlebell Leg Raise x 10 each
• Decline Bench Sit Ups x 8
1 rep = sit up + side crunch + side crunch
