Let’s make sure we are incorporating good form guys!!

Every exercise should be in set of 3-4 with reps between 10-12 for a balance of growth and cardiovascular fitness.

The goal isn’t to get back to who I was.

To my brother.

Coming up 4 years since we lost you and as always I️ find it still fresh with every birthday and every milestone. The last time we spoke on the phone you had so high aspirations of having a family of your own. Now I’m approaching this part of my life I️ just feel guilty today that I’m living it without you. There’s no doubt in my mind you would’ve been an amazing father.

While all the pictures and videos on tour phones start to date and look less clear and I️ have less opportunities to post them to the world . I️ will always continue to talk about you with the boys and to my daughter until the day I️ die brother.

Man it was so dope to see all these athletes really show their talents.

At first I️ wasn’t even gonna do the lift off bc I’m inexperienced and also saw how many people were watching and got nervous as hell 😂 But seeing familiar faces join in really kept me focused. Plus you only really know what you’re capable of until you put yourself out there.

In conclusion ran away with two PRs ✊🏾
