TCS Race Week x LVS 🏃🏻‍♀️🏃🏻💕

Whether you are running TCS or supporting runners, TCS race week and race day is for everybody. You’ve put in the work, you’ve done the training and spent too much money on nutrition, physio and new shoes. It’s time to let the work speak for itself on race day and for you to enjoy the last leg.

Join us these next few days for a series of events tailored for you and your race experience.

Wednesday Oct 14 at 6:00 am:

LVS Morning Leg Shaker. You know the drill, 6:00 am on Wednesday mornings.

Wednesday Oct 14 at 7:00 am:
Not running? Not a problem! We’re turning our post-run coffee date into a cheer poster-making session. Materials will be provided. Come and join this fun, short creative social!

Sunday Oct 18 from 8:00 am onwards

Cheering goes beyond one run club on race day. If you don’t know where to cheer but you want to experience race day vibes, join us and all the other spectators from 8:00 am onwards around km7 and km17.5 in Coronation Park, 711 Lake Shore Blvd W.

LVS x RCVRI 💙

Last week we had the amazing opportunity to have @rcvri_ca all for ourselves and try their amazing facilities. If you don’t know, RCVRI is focused on rehab, prehab and recovery.

They have world class facilities right downtown and are proven to boost your physical and mental health. Some of the things we tried were their sauna, cold plunge, hot tub, compression therapy and red light therapy.

Take a well-deserved pause and recharge with the LVS community! Join us for a unique wellness experience at RCVRI and enjoy access to a range of recovery and wellness offerings, including:

Hot & cold water contrast therapy
Sauna

Date/Time: June 6, Saturday, 6:30pm-8:00pm
