Had the best afternoon with @ciranutrition trying out their new Pre-Game pre workout in blue raspberry & blood orange 🫐🍊! Got to put it to the test with a heated sculpt pilates class that kicked my 🍑. Thankfully got some watermelon sugar electrolytes afterwards (my fav flavour 🍉) and smoothies from @impactkitchen 💖 taken in Solis Movement by @izzyburdett

Almost a month ago my baby boy went to doggy heaven 🌈🪽. Ten years wasn’t enough time with my sweet angel. My Banksy boy, noonie pie, Papooshi, Cheenie ❤️‍🩹. Always the first to say hello and the last to say goodbye. I got Banksy when I was 20 and he has been with me for every milestone, move, new job and all of life’s ups and downs along the way. A piece of my heart is gone and a piece of his will be with me forever. There are no words to describe just how much I loved my boy but wanted to share a few of my favourite memories of him ❤️‍🩹. I always sang this song to him 🥹 by @izzyburdett
