HOKA really understood the assignment! Taking over Pilot Coffee and transforming it into the ultimate race week playground!

Was I nervous to donate blood for the first time? Yes. Did having the @girlsrunthe6ix community there with me make it easy and something I want to do again? YES. 🫶🏻

August really flew by in the blink of an eye!!! The best month with good friends and good food, always🤝🏃‍♀️👯‍♀️🍦

Saying goodbye to July 🫶🏼💫

went to see Spider-man and I absolutely loved it!!!

Made a comeback to runclub mornings in July and getting to yap with the girls to start the day is just the best🩷

Post track coffees hit different 🙂‍↕️

Trained all month for @lululemon Seawheeze Marathon!! I’m so excited 🤸🏻‍♀️

My morning run 🤩☀️🤍!!
2 weeks and counting till my 3rd half ahhhhhhh 🏃🏽‍♀️

I always aim to get 7-8 hours of sleep a night!!! which means I literally am a grandma and I go to bed at 9pm 🙂‍↕️
Also I’ve been loving oatmeal and berries as my pre-run fuel, so so good.

Immediately regretted the long sleeve once I started running lol !!! But it said 16°c and I’m a cold gal 😭
Also first time running in the @hoka Clifton pros and I LOVED them. So supportive and bouncy!

Today was run club day!!!!
I’ve been making an effort to get more involved in the Toronto running community, and I love it🤭 @girlsrunthe6ix is the best 🩷

My first coffee in the morning NEEDS to be hot. I don’t care if it’s 30 degrees… if it’s before 9am I need my hot coffee 😙😂 are you team hot or iced?

AND back home to refuel because second breakfast post run is something I stand behind 🙂‍↕️
