Introducing the 3A/4A IHSA Student Section and Spirit Showdown STATE CHAMPIONS, The Lincoln-Way Central KNIGHTMARES!!!

Today was pretty special and unbelievable…When we started this journey just under a year ago, we never thought we would end up on top and be crowned the best student section in the state, but here we are and it feels pretty great!

Thank you to ALL the Knightmares who came out and dressed for the themes and showed your Knight Pride all school year, especially our seniors! Thank you to the Knightmares who made the trip down to ISU today and showed up win or loss! Thank you to our Principal, Dr. McNamara, and all of our administration for putting trust in us and allowing us to express ourselves this year like never before! Thank you to our sponsors Mr. Napier and Mrs. Rodriguez for your leadership and guidance! Thank you to @ihsa_sac for supporting the fans behind the sports and giving us a chance to be recognized! AND finally THANK YOU to the Lincoln-Way Central Community for always believing in the Knights!

The school year isn’t quite over and we will still have a bit of noise to make this Spring, but today was a special day and it really helped us reflect on how awesome this school year has already been!

Thank you to everyone who came out last night to support our guys on the field. We came together as a community to show our support and love to Brennen and the Saele Family. And that’s what being a Knight is all about.

The guys played with heart and our families and fans cheered with heart. ❤️

Special thank you to junior, Daniel Okuska, and freshman, Mason Jones, for capturing special moments from the night.
