✨ Honoured to share that back in early August I filmed my very first commercial — and it’s for Boots! 🛍️🎥

I had the BEST time working with such a fantastic team. The crew were incredible, and the whole day was filled with laughter, new friendships, and core memories. 💫

A huge thank you to the casting directors, director, behind-the-scenes crew, and the wonderful chaperones who made us feel like one big family. 💕

We were the friends of the swimmer — and I got to work alongside the amazing @kayla_manga and @ameliesienna (what a fun set we had together!) and of course our Hero girl- @tanesha.aba who smashed it! 🏊‍♀️✨

After taking some time to reflect on England’s defeat last night, the overwhelming feeling should be one of pride.

England produced an outstanding run throughout the tournament, reaching the semi-finals and giving supporters plenty of memorable moments along the way. That achievement alone deserves recognition.

The match against Argentina was intense, physical and highly charged. At times, it felt more like a wrestling contest than a football match, with heavy challenges, confrontations, disputed moments and constant pressure on both sides. It was a difficult game for everyone involved because of how heated it became. But England did so well and should be proud of themselves, it was a tough game.

In the end, Argentina won, and that must be respected. They took their chances, competed strongly and earned their place in the final.

England also played with courage and determination. Although the result was disappointing, this team has given the country a tournament to be proud of.

Thank you, England, for a fantastic run. Hold your heads high. I am proud of England we fought right to the end and in the end, we still fought hard for that win!

Good luck to Spain and Argentina in the final. 🇪🇸🇦🇷

🇬🇧❤️ A wonderful day exploring the heart of the British Monarchy!

I had the pleasure of visiting Buckingham Palace yesterday, and what an incredible experience it was. Steeped in history, Buckingham Palace isn't just one of Britain's most iconic landmarks- it's the official headquarters of the British Monarchy and a place where history continues to be made.

From the magnificent State Rooms to the elegant Green Drawing Room, the stunning Marble Hall, and the beautiful Palace gardens, every room tells a story of Britain's rich royal heritage.

A huge thank you to the wonderful Palace staff, who made the visit so enjoyable and welcoming. Their passion and knowledge really brought the Palace to life.
Of course, no visit would be complete without a stop at the @buckinghampalaceshop —I couldn't resist picking up a few royal souvenirs! 👑

As an independent Royal Journalist, days like these are incredibly special. Being able to experience and learn more about the history, traditions and working life of the Royal Household only strengthens my passion for reporting on the British Royal Family, that I have done now for over 8 years, and will hopefully continue doing!

A wonderful day in London celebrating my mum's birthday dinner (her birthday was yesterday), followed by a walk through the city from Leicester Square that unexpectedly brought us to Buckingham Palace.

Just one day after Trooping the Colour, Buckingham Palace looked as magnificent as ever. No matter how many times I see it, it never fails to take my breath away.

There is something incredibly special about being here. As strange as it may sound, I always feel safe, comfortable and at home whenever I'm in what I lovingly call "royal land" — despite not actually living here.

The Royal Family has played such a significant role in my life ever since I first discovered my love of royalty at around seven or eight years old. That fascination has stayed with me ever since and has grown into a genuine appreciation for the history, duty and service they represent.

Above all, I will always have immense respect, admiration and affection for Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. She was the person who sparked my interest in the Royal Family all those years ago, and her remarkable life of service continues to inspire me today.

A perfect day filled with family, memories and a place that will always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️🇬🇧👑

I hope I can always keep doing what I am doing and continue to inspire, educate and report on our wonderful Royal Family! ✍️
