Before there was the Haus, there was the idea.

What if there was a place where lymphatic wellness wasn’t an afterthought, but the starting point?

Where body, beauty + movement could exist under one roof.
Where taking care of yourself could feel less complicated and a lot more like something you actually look forward to.

That was our version of utopia.

So we gave it a name.

Lymph + utopia = LymphTOpia.

And the TO? That part is home.

there’s room for someone new at the Haus. 🤍

We’re looking for another Registered Massage Therapist to join the Lymphtopia team.

We’re building a space where treatments don’t exist in isolation — where practitioners can work alongside different modalities, learn from one another + give clients a more thoughtful approach to taking care of their bodies.

We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about their work, loves working with people, and wants to be part of a team that’s doing things a little differently.

Experience or an interest in lymphatic work is a definite plus — but so is curiosity, a willingness to learn + genuinely caring about the experience you create for your clients.

If this sounds like you — or immediately made you think of someone — we’d love to hear from you.

Send your resume + a little bit about yourself to hello@lymphtopia.com

Your jaw called. It wants an appointment with Mari 🤭

Buccal facial massage goes a lot deeper than sculpting the face.

Mari’s approach looks at the tension surrounding the face and jaw too, because a tight jaw doesn’t always exist in isolation.

She works through the neck, upper chest and shoulders to help release muscles that can contribute to that “everything feels tight” feeling.

Think:

The trapezius (traps), the large muscles across your upper back and shoulders that tend to creep toward your ears when you’re stressed.

The SCM, the prominent muscles running down either side of your neck that help turn and stabilize your head.

The pecs, the muscles across the front of your chest that can become shortened and tight from posture, desk work and everyday tension.

Then comes the face and jaw.

Mari works externally through the cheeks, jawline and surrounding facial muscles before using intraoral buccal techniques to work the muscles from inside the mouth.

This allows her to access areas like the masseter, one of your main chewing muscles and a very familiar trouble spot for people who clench or grind their teeth.

The goal? To help soften muscular tension, encourage circulation and lymphatic flow, reduce the feeling of facial tightness and puffiness, and leave the face looking naturally more relaxed and sculpted.

And if you deal with jaw clenching, grinding or TMJ related muscle tension… this part of the facial hits differently.

Because sometimes the best facial isn’t only about what’s happening with your skin.

It’s about everything your face has been holding onto. 🤍

What are you waiting for?

We’re so excited to partner with @bareyogaandathleticsmarkham and support their upcoming 4 Week Challenge.

At Lymphtopia, we believe movement and treatment work hand in hand.
The way we move, recover, manage tension and create space for ourselves all play a role in how we feel; which is why this partnership feels like such a natural alignment. (Also because Renée is a proud member 🥹)

As a sponsor of the challenge, one winner will receive a curated Lymphtopia experience that includes a complementary 60min Full Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage, a complementary signature Terahertz Gua Sha tool to take home, and a private 15min Gua Sha tutorial with Lymphtopia founder, Renée Virdee, immediately following the treatment.

During the tutorial, the winner will learn simple ways to incorporate Gua Sha into their own wellness routine at home so the experience extends beyond their visit to the Haus.

We’re proud to support a community that encourages consistency, movement and taking intentional time for yourself.

good luck to everyone participating in the challenge. We can’t wait to welcome the winner into Lymphtopia. by @lymphtopia

If you constantly feel bloated, there’s usually more to the conversation than just what you ate.

As a lymphatic focused Haus, here are 10 things we want every client to know:

1. Move every day. Even a simple walk supports circulation, digestion and lymphatic flow.

2. Breathe deeply. Diaphragmatic breathing helps create movement through the abdomen and supports lymphatic flow.

3. Pay attention to constipation. If you’re not going regularly, it can contribute to that heavy, bloated feeling.

4. Hydration matters. Consistent hydration supports normal digestion and fluid balance.

5. Your cycle matters. Hormonal changes can affect digestion, bowel movements and fluid retention throughout the month.

6. Stress matters too. Your nervous system and digestive system are deeply connected.

7. More pressure isn’t better. Effective lymphatic work is gentle, rhythmic and intentional.

8. Consistency matters more than a single treatment. Your everyday habits are part of the work.

9. Lymphatic drainage can support fluid movement, but it isn’t meant to “make you skinny” or magically fix bloating.

10. Listen when your body keeps telling you something. Persistent, painful or unexplained bloating deserves further investigation.

Feeling less bloated isn’t just about looking flatter.

It’s about understanding what your body needs and supporting it accordingly 🫂

Your facial called.
She wants you to stop guessing what to do at home.

For a limited time, we’re giving two of our holistic facial experiences a little more Lymphtopia.

Book our Signature Facial or Resurfacing Peel Facial and we’ll include dermaplaning, plus a Gua Sha for you to take home.

But we’re not just handing you the tool and wishing you luck.

After your facial, you’ll sit down with Renée for a private 1:1 gua sha tutorial so you can learn how to actually use it — on your face, and body with techniques you can bring into your routine at home.

Because the treatment is one part of it.

Knowing what to do between appointments is the other.

The facial.
The gua sha.
The know-how.

A little more Lymphtopia to take home with you.

Limited-time offer. Now booking at the Haus.

Table for two. Or three. Or four. You choose.

Bring your partner. Your bestie. Your mum. Your sisters. Your entire group chat if you really want. An excuse to get everyone together somewhere that doesn’t involve another dinner reservation. 👯

If you want to come to the Haus as a group, we can make that happen.

Tell us who’s coming + what kind of treatments you have in mind, and we’ll help you create your time here at the Haus.
