Hello and welcome! 🤗

I’m Lyndzee, a dedicated lymphatic massage therapist specialising in personalised Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy, and I am so excited to tell you a little bit more about myself.

✨My passion lies in providing a calm and inviting space where you can feel nurtured, supported, and empowered to prioritise your health and well-being. My salon is situated in Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire and I can’t wait to welcome you all.

✨After raising my three children, I embraced my lifelong interest in women’s health and mental wellness by pursuing advanced training in MLD and ITEC Sports Massage. My professional journey includes years of experience at Barnet Hospital’s paediatric ward, where I supported new mothers during their recovery.

✨These experiences and my expertise in sports tissue massage allow me to bring a unique depth of care and understanding to every session.

✨Over the last two years, I have worked in a wellness centre with a focus on lymphatics, where I have honed my ability to listen and truly adapt to each client’s unique needs.

✨Whether you seek detoxification, body contouring, post-surgical recovery, or simply a moment of calm amidst life’s chaos, I would be delighted to welcome you at my salon for your personalised treatment.

But for now let’s get to know each other. Come and say Hello 👋 in the comments 👇🤍

And don’t forget to like and share my post 🤍🩶

My favorite kind of beauty moment 🥹💖our little Hallie enjoying a little glow time 🤍

Had my youngest client in today 🤍 I was told she might be a little diva but nope she was the absolute opposite. Such a beautiful, respectful, an amazing little star a total pleasure to work with. I can’t wait to have her back again ✨It helps that’s she my little side kick. #brookmansparkmums #hertfordshirebusiness #lyndzeeslymphatics #massagetherapy #pottersbarmums by @lyndzees_lymphatics

There’s going to come a time in your life when someone says “don’t be friends with your clients” it’s very important you don’t listen to them

A post Italy retreat meet-up turned into enough Chinese to feed an island, Aperol spritz, belly laughs & dreaming about whats waiting for us all in 2026 🤌🏼
