Pumpkin Bread:

Mix all together in mixer:
4 eggs
3 cups granulated sugar
5 teaspoons cinnamon
4 teaspoons nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup vegetable oil (I use olive or avocado oil)
1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree

Add and mix more:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda

Then, stir in 2/3 cup water. Do not over mix.

Bake in two, greased loaf pans at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 55 minutes (depending on oven).
Let cool a little then slice and serve. Enjoy by @lynette.marcus
