Have you ever tried leading ~50 badasses through a grueling workout on a warm Friday night in August? No?! Well I'd highly recommend it 😉

Thank you to the two RAD Queens (👑@maddiestarks /👑 @thejojopowers) for making this possible!! 🎉

Let's run it back soon shall we?? 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Trained together, raced together, finished literally at the exact same time! Wouldn’t do it with anyone else 🥰🥳 🏃‍♂️

Back at the same race that I started my running journey at in 2015!

Taking a look back through the 9 YEARS of doing this sport!!!! 🤩

2025 -> 2016

I’m grateful to all the gyms and communities I’ve been a part of and who have helped shape me through the years. Happy to get to enjoy what I do with my whole heart.

Best decision I’ve ever made. In it for a lifetime! taken in New York, New York by @m.dawgss
