Hydration Guy High Five September 3, 2026 A 5 mile race (with a 5K option) from Gowanus to Red Hook's Valentino Pier and back. With Bakline as our race HQ! The first race produced by the team at Pace Yourself Productions was a blast! ⏱️ On-time start 🧭 Fully marked course 🦺 14 volunteers (thank you!) 💨 A blazing fast first finisher 💧Lots of hydration 🍻🥒🥃 🍕Pizza & snacks 🎰 Raffle for the finishers 🛍️ Goodie bag of hydration and snacks to take home Congrats to @evan_kolin28 & @natasharose_1996 for being the inaugural winners 🏆 Congrats and thank you to everyone for your support in making this race a success! Anytime I get to rip power cleans is a good time, but this one was above and beyond. ⚡️🌐⚔️ ✨️Friday fitness tomfoolery last week was curated by the luminous @thejojopowers and dazzling @maddiestarks for the first NYC @rad_global trainer meet up, and it was everything I'd want: cool friendly people, a badass workout, and burritos after. Thank you Jojo and Maddie for all the magic!🌟 It was also great having the opportunity to throw down/clown around with my @cfsbk coaches @stephhhchu @ggracebrownn & @kharper369 you guys are the best 💛 Hosted by @truenorthtrainingnyc under the guidance of the astonishing @m.dawgss and photographed by @emahoney_97 who I watched backwards sprint 400 M so he could catch some ridiculous running action shots. Absolute legend.🏅

Pasó otro año y son tantas cosas que contarte que ni sé por dónde empezar… Ya tenemos un año con Anakin. Está inmenso, es muy inteligente, cansón y me hace reír mucho. Mamá lo quiere y lo trata como a Danielito, y él se porta igual a Danielito… Me comprometí con Sophie. ¿Quién lo diría? Yo, casándome con una entrenadora de CrossFit, demasiado irónico… Volví al CrossFit después de 2 años y es increíble lo mucho que me gusta. Ya entiendo por qué estabas todo el día en el box. El año pasado visitamos a Amidzenneger y Nelita. Dani está grandísima y le encanta FRIENDS. Sé que te hubiese encantado visitarlos conmigo y ver tus fotos en la casa. Me dejé el pelo largo como tú, pero ya me lo corté, porque al igual que tú parecía un homeless. El gordo Pedro tuvo un bebé. Dazita es el padrino y es comiquísimo. Es igualito a él, pero catire, casi que mandado a hacer. Bea tuvo una bebé bellísima, se llama Ceci y es para morirse. Me manda fotos todos los días y me alegra las mañanas. RJ se casó. Max vino de Cali y pasamos un fin increíble los 3. Sé que te hubiese encantado conocerlos; me siento como en familia con ellos. Y así, millones de cosas más… Te pienso todos los días, te hablo antes de dormir y sé que me escuchas, porque muy dentro de mí siempre escucho tus respuestas. Solo pasaba a decirte que te extraño, que espero algún día poder sanar un poquito más tu partida, ya son 9 años pero que mientras tanto, te llevo todos los días conmigo.
