2 of our coaches joined @nolandan at the @glaciergames_ Same Sex Threes on Saturday! The trio had a strong showing as they threatened top spot to the last!

A win in the max lift which saw @m.telford87 hit a 5kg PB and a total of 332.5 was definitely a rarity for our gym!

Well done to all competitors. @glaciergym_ have their same sex pairs in Novemeber with the qualifiers open now! Would be great to see some more representation in the battle for Washington if anyone wants to sign up let us know and we can give uou the details!

Competition forces us out of our comfort zone and puts goals and targets that give our training purpose.

Well done lads!

Short Notice - But we move tomorrow 1730!

Don't forget, it's scientifically proven that you run faster in Sunnies - so get them on - no matter the weather!

1730 Meet & Warmup 1745 start

Don't forget we have running options for the route if you want variety from the flat 5k - in form of Intervals or FARTLEK - speak to @m.telford87 for details.

King Kev 7 and @pablo.eggsgobao Newcastle.

Legend is thrown around too often - including by me - but not in Kevin Keegans case.

Some people are people you walk with, they bring an energy and add to your life and the lives of those around you.

For all his failings - Tom is one of those people and today he moves to the other side of the world.

Sad hes gone - but glad hes going.

@janexdavies you've got your work cut out... @_tommorgan please. Please. Please please... start listening to her.

Enjoy the ride.
