2 of our coaches joined @nolandan at the @glaciergames_ Same Sex Threes on Saturday! The trio had a strong showing as they threatened top spot to the last! A win in the max lift which saw @m.telford87 hit a 5kg PB and a total of 332.5 was definitely a rarity for our gym! Well done to all competitors. @glaciergym_ have their same sex pairs in Novemeber with the qualifiers open now! Would be great to see some more representation in the battle for Washington if anyone wants to sign up let us know and we can give uou the details! Competition forces us out of our comfort zone and puts goals and targets that give our training purpose. Well done lads! #crossfit #fitnessmotivation #fitness

Great weather for it. Cracking run by @johnathoncobain going well under his PB. Some great pacemaking from @gary_parkin and a massive negative split for @magnificentmekon . Great to see @gothunicorn76 back running comfortably after her ankle surgery, times tumbling! The rest of us were just steady away for some active recovery.
