Men’s Yoga + Mobility is on tonight and every Tuesday, 5.30-6.30pm at My Secret Garden.

Each week you’ll get a homework card with three simple postures to practise at home.

Bring it back the following week and I’ll swap it for a new one, helping you keep working on your mobility, flexibility and strength between classes, so the progress doesn’t stop when you leave the room.

Send me a message if you're wanting to join us tonight. All men welcome! 🌹 taken in My Secret Garden by @m_j_sankey

The first Men’s Yoga + Mobility class is tonight!

The room is all set up and ready to go. We’ll be starting on chairs and working from there, with plenty of options for different levels of mobility and flexibility.

Everything you need is provided, so just wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle.

I’ve got a good group confirmed already, but if you’re planning on coming tonight and haven’t let me know yet, please send me a quick message so I know numbers.

Arlo - Completely out of his comfort zone, nervous, shy, anxious, fearful ....... and he danced on stage in front of a packed theatre with his mates anyway ....... and THAT is the very definition of courage! 🤍 by @m_j_sankey

The Sunday Sanctuary changes every week 🌹

We’ve had @sallie.dunford sharing art, @m_j_sankey guiding Hatha, Yin and Yoga Nidra, @tegstostevin bringing ecstatic dance and embodiment, @sound.scape.temple777 bringing us sound scape journeys and today @coach.tomas1002 guided us through breathwork and movement.

It was beautiful. Some of us even got up and danced, and there was something pretty special about dancing with a blindfold on 🤍

You never quite know what each Sunday will bring.
