This is a transparent moment: For the last few years it’s been very difficult for me as an artist. Since 2017 I may have completed a total of 5-6 completed pieces of work including this piece. I have had many of days where I just couldn’t pick up any materials but always felt I needed to create something. Without actively creating work I’ve been feeling this void in my life. Sometimes it just takes time to work through those void but I’m working and hopefully new pieces will be here soon.

The love a father has for his child is something that nothing in life can never take away. Also the first time you will ever know love as an adult. There is nothing like it or comparable. You’ll always remember the first time your child reaches out and holds on to their Superman that’s something a father will never let go.💜💜💜💜

Cleaned out my supply closet and started revisiting some work that I didn’t finish and came across this piece 💜🖤💜🖤. What do you think should I restart and continue working on this next?

Making some more updates to the art studio down to the smallest details for traditional and digital work. I also think that @dubelyoo should add coasters with his artwork like this the to the line up. This is one quality sticker you gave me sir! Go check out his website at dubelyoo.net you won’t be disappointed.

The cake was laced with some of my photography going around he base(go check out more of my photography on my other page @photographyby_db). Thanks to my amazing woman and love for going above and beyond to make my birthday a special one. My first piece for 2020 in the books. It’s been so long since I actually completed a piece. For the last few years it’s been quite hard for me to work on anything. Cherish the things that mean the world to you whether it’s love or it your talents do it all with passion. Happy Valentine’s Day to my muse I love you.

So it was a good weekend had a chance to get out and @chalk.the.block with my fellow artist at @eastontownctr and had a great time. Tried to finish up today but the weather said otherwise. Even so I think it came out pretty good. Hopefully since I did this piece I think @obj should go crazy tomorrow for my fantasy team it’s only fair. 🤣🤣🤣
