I think it’s kind of a default in women. Nobody really emphasized care and attention to period, more focus was on either getting pregnant or not .

However, here are areas I feel women should pay more attention to;
🌸Period Preparedness.
🌸 Period hygiene.
🌸 Awareness of symptoms that need doctor’s attention.
🌸 Menstrual cycle tracking.
🌸 Menstrual health nutrition and diet.

Defending the connection of Period care packages and mood disorder management.
The evidence was clear!!!

Sending thoughtful period care packages to ladies on their period is a mood management strategy.

Your life is not like that of everyone around you.
Know thyself!!

This is a note to self and a note to anyone who was supposed to see this .

A whole lot will happen around you, but the conviction gotten from knowing yourself, would preserve you.

Good night 💕 by @ma_vh_ee

This little Lady is about entering a new phase 🥹
Finally I can have some break from writing exams 😩

Nursing is actually a school on its own 😩
So grateful for the strength and Grace to get to the finishing line.
And I’m more grateful for every gift God sent my way, in course of this journey. I enjoyed the gift of men in different seasons.

Thank you Jesus ❤️
