Sometimes you already know what you need to do. You just keep putting it off. 😅

The good news? Starting doesn’t have to mean forcing yourself to get to the gym.

With MoveWell, your personal trainer comes to you, brings the equipment, and turns that “maybe I’ll start again” into an actual workout.

Less postponing. More doing. 💪

Apparently all you need for a good day is snow, penguins and the right girls. 😂❄️

Day 1 of quitting nicotine after years. 🚭

I thought the hardest part would be giving up cigarettes.

Turns out, I’m already discovering things about myself I never expected.

So… I’m documenting the journey. 👀 by @maar_________

Happy birthday to my best friend forever. ❤️

I don’t think anyone has ever made me feel the way you do. I’m so glad I got to spend this life with you since day one, and I can’t wait for all the memories we still have to make.

Dubai is waiting for you. Hurry up. 🥹🎂 by @maar_________
