One of the most beautiful sights is seeing the cover crops growing between the vineyard rows in late winter. They help promote soil health, which is particularly important for dryland vineyards like these in Durbanville.

Healthy soil is essential for producing quality grapes that can ripen optimally and be ready for harvest at the right time.

From healthy soil to perfectly ripened grapes, every great wine begins in the vineyard.
