This is for the people in the messy middle, the ones juggling everything and dropping a ball (or two) and learning that NOPE is a full sentence.

The ones who know things aren’t quite right but not sure why or how to fix it.

You want to ‘do better’ but are actually just getting by… and that’s ok!!

The ones who need a reminder that it’s ok to show up as you are and that’s enough even if you sometimes mourn the younger, more free version of yourself

Sometimes you’re done with the days before it’s even started… that’s ok!!

We can too often be guilty of taking on too much and not admitting we’re not ok, your body knows even if you try and pretend it’s all good and eventually it will break.

Having a NOT TODAY day is not just ok it’s necessary, you need to rest and recovery mentally and physically.

I watched a clip of @renmakesmusic singing about a 13 year old you stopped feeling good about herself as she constantly got sold too, its son sad incredibly true and I can’t stop thinking about it.

I have an 11 year old and I never want her to feel like she isn’t enough just ast she is. This is has always been our daily mantra and no it’s more important than ever as she hits secondary school and becomes marketable.

We’ve been saying it since she was three, she’s mabel size and number in label helps her decide which one to chose nothing else.

Make up is for play, art and performance, not to cover up and hide anything and sport is for fun strength and skills.

I want to her to experience life in full force not make herself smaller to fit in as so many of us grown woman have!

My feed is full of products, procedures, injections and treatments all telling me how to be smaller, look younger, firmer, have better skin, take more supplements and wellness max when quite frankly I’m just trying to get through a day.

I’m an adult and it still tempts me so what hope do we have protecting our girls. 💗 by @mabel_uk

The world can feel quite heavy right now, there’s a lot of darkness on the news and across social media. You can’t help but be affected by stories but please done feel guilty if you need time away.

You don’t need permission but maybe a reminder to switch off, unplug and just be present for a while. Unfortunately the issues will still be there when you come back.

Last October I walked for @mindcharity and starting posting about mental health everyday.

Half way through and I found the whole process triggering as it reminded me of my most difficult moments, so I stopped. Not because it’s not important but because i recognised the symptoms and knew I needed to look after myself first.

We all need a balance of awareness, action, rest and reset, here’s your reminder to take what you need.

This might not be for everyone any that's ok, neither were they.

In a world where everyone is looking and sounding increasingly similar its important to us to champion individuality and unique style.

I've always said to Mabel, like would be boring if we looked and dressed the same and this new t-shirt is an extension of that.

Introducing SHE ROCKS!!! Our ode to six women who defined a generation and pushed the boundaries of style and music in a male dominated industry. They raised their voices and didn't conform to beauty or social standards whilst contributing to the soundtrack of a generation.

It's ironic (sorry) that the girls raised on this music are now hitting a point in their lives where they are again pushing boundaries, learning to say nope and finding there voices again.. just as they are!!!!

The founder update you all wait for 😂.

It’s been a random few weeks coming back from @ideas_fest straight into a tv interview then chat with a journalist, not what I envisioned but saying nope to imposter syndrome and just going with all the opportunities.

Anxiety is something I deal with everyday regardless of what going on in my life, I can be completely fine all day then get the familiar chest tightening out of nowhere because my brain has decided to prepare for attack if I have a though about an email.

It’s also not about being nervous or shy, it’s your body feeling under threat and not telling the difference between making a cup of tea and being chased by a lion and reacts like the latter 😩

Talking about it has helped others recognise symptoms themselves or helped them not feel so ‘weird’ going through it. I’ve talked ALOT about my experiences over the last few weeks and sometimes it’s really easy other times incredibly triggering but I’ll keep sharing as I could’ve saved a few years of my life if I’d known my physical symptoms could be down don’t my mental state.

This is Mabel maybe be known for our nope sweater but , mental health, motherhood, music and finding the ferocity of a little girl will always be the backbone. by @mabel_uk
