POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When the book community comes together, wonderful things happen! Miracles even, if I dare say 🙌

In a few weeks, early November, I’ll be turning 34 👵🏻 and I have this silly little wish… 🎱 🔮

I’ve been so lucky to receive digital advance copies for this past year. So grateful!
Often times the physical proofs I’d love to request are UK or US only, so I haven’t looked more into it.

BUT, this idea popped into my mind and thought, why not try and see: let’s post about it, and watch what happens!

I live in Denmark and I read essentially in English ✨ will you help me make this birthday wish come true 🎉? 📖

Any ideas welcome, anyone you can think of - feel free to tag them, reshare in your own circles: I’ll be forever grateful 🙏🏻 😃.

Thank you book people, you’re the best!!!
I’ll gladly post about it on the day, give credit where credit is due, and if nothing comes through the post that’s also ok, I’m sure I’ll have gained some great insights from y’all in the process 👏

🚨 DREAM JOB ALERT 🔔 I am beyond thrilled to share that, after some cosmic miracle, I’m leaving corporate life behind and will morph into a bookshop employee 🙌 🥳

I could write a massive post but I’ll refrain from pouring my heart out — you deserve better! Instead I’m making an exception and sharing my face for the occasion, to convey my excitement. I brushed my teeth twice this morning 😂

Thank you for the chance to live this dream Pernille (the magician behind @kjaers_boeger ), I’m so happy to help you with the many cool projects ahead!

Being surrounded by books on a daily basis is truly the cherry on top of a delicious cake 😃! (the humans are nice too 😉)

… Bookshop life starting NOW 👏

An awesome few days in London to soak up all the bookish vibes.

A good reminder that we can write our own story, and we don’t need to hold all the answers to get started..

Choose the life that brings you joy ✨

My very own Paladin aka the husband went to a bookshop of his own will and came home with this gorgeous book, to gift his favorite Damsel.

A very nice day I’d say🤘 - have you read anything by this author? It’s my first, and I’m intrigued 😊 🌹 ✨

Soaking up that special, warming, morning autumn light ☀️ 📖 🍂

Tag a bookish friend you’d love to meet and read with today, bundled up by a fireplace, hot beverages and snacks laid out, and your fluffiest blankets 📚 🍵

And that’s what I’ll do: I actually enjoy Onyx Storm now so I’m happy to have a cosy night in 🌧️ 🍵 📖.

I’m in the mood for some tarot this evening: let me know if you want a quick reading! I’m practicing once in a while.

Have a lovely weekend! Hope you got a nice book close by ✨

Ten seconds of bookshop soundscapes 😂 sharing the clicky clickety sounds that make me happy on a daily basis.

Tripod? Don’t know what that is. I’m not meant to be an “influencer”. Just a millennial with a phone, two hands, and having the bestest of time at her little bookshop job, unpacking new arrivals 🤩

What would you like to see more of / know more about my little indie bookshop job in Denmark 😃?

✍️ Diary of a bookseller. Entry # 35

“The shop is quiet. I love coming in before it’s open to the public. A bookshop all to myself, how incredible 🤭.
Another Monday has come, and I didn’t have a stomach ache last night. No regrets about leaving corporate life behind, this doesn’t feel like work. It feels just right ✨.”

Happy Monday y’all! What are you up to?
Over here, we will keep adding items to our upcoming webshop! Hopefully we can launch/reopen after the holidays later this month 😃

And if you swipe, you’ll get to know my secret bookseller diet that always gives me an extra boo(k)st! 😉

Have a lovely week 👋
