A lot of good things coming in 2026.

Took a major risk in life & spent the last few years furthering my education & aligning myself to be in a position to be successful in life. It’s a marathon, not a sprint!

Incredible day!

Only wench brigade to ever 3peat in the history of the Mummer’s Parade. How unreal is that? Lol winners win, what can ya do? lol

Thank you to the neighborhood for always taking care of their own & honoring my Father today. My Father never missed a parade in my entire life; that’s no bullshit. He absolutelty loved the New Year’s Day Parade. Some times he would get dressed up the night before, make-up and all, ready for the morning haha he was a classic! In 2003 he had the wench suit on from 1996, and everyone knew who it was, you could spot em from a mile away on Broad St! I miss my Father, and today was a good reminder of how important it is to preserve these hereditary pastimes. This is a thing that only happens in our area: South Philadelphia. No other place on earth has this!

Here we go, here we go!

This upcoming Tuesday, 12/30 - 5p-7p - I will be holding an Intro into Game Speed class for youth athletes.

We will be introducing the foundational aspects of sprint mechanics. This is a great class for athletes of any age! I can also guarantee you NOBODY in the area is teaching GAME SPEED the way I was taught!

Tremendous day with my guys Grovin’ #GraysFerry #HottyToddy #OleMiss #GoshAlmighty by @mac__fit

What a beautiful day it was putting my Father to rest. Big Benj was a true icon in my family and beyond.

I cannot express how grateful our family is for the constant love and support since we received the news. Our family is devastated at the passing of my Father but WOW, what a service!!!

One of the many reasons why my Father absolutely loved the neighborhood and where he was from. Couldn’t have asked for a better turnout at a concert. Thank you everyone!

Love you, Dad.
