This house has been an incredible, yet stressful as hell journey! I don’t recommend a remodel, during the busiest time of your career, while postpartum with an infant +toddler 🫠 but we’re DONE (sans outside) and I’m so damn happy and grateful! Here are a few things in my house that I’m obsessed with rn

Antique sconces in my kitchen from the chicest, coolest, light store @santabarbaralights

Newport brass, unlaqured brass faucet with farmhouse sink (and my sink skirt brings me so much joy, even though my contractor was like wtf)

Dutch door with Ashley Norton Unlaquered brass knobs and artwork by the incredible @katherineboxall

Penny tiles on the floor (and I had to put each flower down myself, cause I’m crazy) and blue wainscoting for the kid’s bath

DIY cushion bench, cause no way can I do custom with 2 little ones

DIY delft tiles above my stove (hand stamped myself !!)

family portrait wall + antique plates + these incredible face sculptures I got 6 years ago from @paci.fika.faces in Mexico

matching checkered chairs from @theartofconsignmentsb, antique light from @missdaisysconsignment and light shade from @santabarbaralights

It’s been a wild few weeks, my lord it stretched me in ways I didn’t see coming!

My sweet Dylan Alexandra Duddy arrived a few weeks ago on February 12th. My velco girly who sleeps in 40 min increments and only wants mom and her tatas, 24/7. And as a mom who can’t sit still, who just wants to take her 2.5 year old to the beach, it’s been humbling.

And somehow in the middle of birth, toddler, sleep deprivation… we went under contract on a home where Nash and Dylan will be able to walk to school.

It’s been messy and beautiful and overwhelming and grounding all at once. Love to all 🤍 p.s. moms are superhero’s!! by @macmacpaddywack
