I always perform best when I’m having fun. Grateful to be having fun again.

This meet was one of the best run and most impressive powerlifting competitions that I’ve been to. Witnessing how much this sport has grown in such a short time is inspiring and exciting as hell. Getting to compete and share a platform with the highest level athletes in the country while being in my home province surrounded by friends and family is unmatched.
I love this sport.

Provincials ‘26 💥
Squat: 172.5kg (380lbs)
Bench: 97.5kg (215lbs)
Deadlift: 185kg (407lbs)
Total: 455kg (-5kg from my best)
1st place in open 63kg 🥇

After a weird prep it was nice to see that I could still put together a nice total. As usual, meet day is always my favourite day. Had so much fun competing, seeing some old friends and making new ones.
Thanks to @bandofbarbells for putting together an incredible and well-organized meet, to all the spotters loaders and volunteers.
Thank you to my coach @austynryan for pushing me to do my best and holding my disgusting ear buds while I’m on the platform. @apex.power really showed up 😤
