Science is beginning to explore something ancient cultures always understood: Frequency organizes matter. And when the right signals are introduced, biology may begin to reorganize itself.

THE MANIFESTATION PARADOX: WHY CHASING IT PUSHES IT AWAY ✨

Maybe manifestation isn’t about chasing the reality you want.

Maybe it’s about becoming the version of you who no longer needs to chase it.

Set the intention. Take the action. Release the grip.

Your future isn’t asking you to chase it.

It’s asking you to become ready for it. ✨

THE FREQUENCIES THAT WERE FORGOTTEN FOR DECADES ⚡️

In 1946, Harry Van Gelder reportedly discovered an old electrical therapy device, and beside it, a mysterious list of frequencies.

Decades later, that list would pass to George Douglas, eventually reaching Dr. Carolyn McMakin and becoming part of the story behind Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM).

But one mystery remains…

Where did the original frequencies come from?

A forgotten machine. A mysterious list. And a story that would span generations.

This is one of the stories we’re exploring in RESONANCE: The Age of Frequency Medicine.

Follow @macroshift_media as we uncover the forgotten history of frequency medicine. ⚡️

Dad… tell me, how is Heaven? 🕊️🤍

One year ago today, you took your last breath here on Earth and somehow, I am still learning how to breathe in a world without you.

I carried you into nature.
To the water.
To the mountains.
To the beauty of this wild, sacred Earth.
With every step, I felt you.

Dad…

I danced for you.
I danced with tears in my eyes and love in my heart.
I danced for everything you were,
Everything you stood for,
Everything you gave,
and everything you left behind in me.
I hope Heaven gave you the best seat in the house.
I hope you were watching your baby girl.

Still dancing,
Still feeling,
Still loving you through every beat of my heart.

Dad….
Oh how I miss you here.

I miss your voice,
I miss your arms,
I miss the comfort of knowing you were somewhere in this world with me and beside me.

There is something about losing a parent.
The world keeps turning.People keep living, but a part of your heart quietly whispers:

“My world will never be the same.”

Love does not die when the body does It changes form.
It becomes the wind on your skin.
The water running over the stones.
The warmth of the sun on your face.
It becomes a memory that suddenly makes you smile
and a tear that reminds you how deeply you were loved.

Today Dad, I am not only mourning the day you left
August 29th, 2025
I am choosing to celebrate the life you lived.
The man you were. The father I was blessed with.
I pray you have found the peace you always dreamed of
And if you can see me from somewhere beyond these skies…

Please know this:

Your baby girl still talks to you everyday and Still loves you.
I will carry you with me for the rest of my life.
So keep watching, Dad.

I’ll keep dancing. ✨

And one day…

When it is my time…

I hope you’ll be waiting for our dance up in heaven.

Until then Dad… tell me, how is Heaven? 🤍🕊️✨ I hope it’s everything you imagined it to be and more. #CelebrationOfLife #OneYearInHeaven #DadInHeaven #GriefAndLove UntilWeMeetAgain. Thank you for this special day @vandanahart and @macroshift_media by @macroshift_media
