Dad… tell me, how is Heaven? 🕊️🤍

One year ago today, you took your last breath here on Earth and somehow, I am still learning how to breathe in a world without you.

I carried you into nature.
To the water.
To the mountains.
To the beauty of this wild, sacred Earth.
With every step, I felt you.

Dad…

I danced for you.
I danced with tears in my eyes and love in my heart.
I danced for everything you were,
Everything you stood for,
Everything you gave,
and everything you left behind in me.
I hope Heaven gave you the best seat in the house.
I hope you were watching your baby girl.

Still dancing,
Still feeling,
Still loving you through every beat of my heart.

Dad….
Oh how I miss you here.

I miss your voice,
I miss your arms,
I miss the comfort of knowing you were somewhere in this world with me and beside me.

There is something about losing a parent.
The world keeps turning.People keep living, but a part of your heart quietly whispers:

“My world will never be the same.”

Love does not die when the body does It changes form.
It becomes the wind on your skin.
The water running over the stones.
The warmth of the sun on your face.
It becomes a memory that suddenly makes you smile
and a tear that reminds you how deeply you were loved.

Today Dad, I am not only mourning the day you left
August 29th, 2025
I am choosing to celebrate the life you lived.
The man you were. The father I was blessed with.
I pray you have found the peace you always dreamed of
And if you can see me from somewhere beyond these skies…

Please know this:

Your baby girl still talks to you everyday and Still loves you.
I will carry you with me for the rest of my life.
So keep watching, Dad.

I let grief move through me
instead of becoming the place I stayed.

I danced with the ache.
I breathed through the loss.
I listened to my body when words weren’t enough.

Somewhere between the tears and the movement,
I remembered.

I am still here.
I am still alive.
I am still free to become.

Losing my father changed me in ways no words can describe. His love reminds me every day that this life is not something to wait for.

So to honor him I move, I breathe, I dance and l live life to the fullest.
Not because I’ve forgotten him but because I carry his love with me everywhere I go.

Grief is love with nowhere to go. Every tear is a story being told, a memory, a moment, a love that once touched your heart so deeply that it still lives within you.

So let the tears come.
They are not weakness.
They are proof that you loved.
They are proof that it mattered.
They are proof that love doesn’t simply disappear when someone leaves this world.

Some tears carry sadness.
Some carry gratitude.
Some carry everything we never got to say
and every one of them tells a story of love.

There is a glitch in the matrix, the quantum physics can tell that….. even most of us at some point of time in our life can feel something off but only few can stay and develop critical thinking to figure out the truth and connect to the soul level. The system is designed to keep us chasing or consuming or in fight or flight mode.

@macroshift_media and I enjoying our final shots for this production trip down in Seal Beach. I grew up surfing at the jetty here. Super nostalgic and sweet to wrap up here last night. @resonance_documentary is happening with grace and healing hearts.
