Another Judith Mountain 10k in the books! The Billings Rec League took wave three by storm. 😂 So fun to be with friends supporting each other! And run into other friends as well! While none of us placed, we did in our hearts. I won a major award just for showing up so can't be sad plus a thirty second PR ! Pretty amazing considering I am still testing out what my body can and won't do in the running arena.

I've heard some people don't make spur of the moment decisions in buying their bedroom furniture...I guess I'm not some people. I was fortunate to get this beautiful Broyhill Brasilia bedroom set from @anthologymarketmt which spurred on an entire room makeover. I still need a better high boy dresser but the makeover is almost complete! One of my favorite finds is pairing the round votives with the burl wood candle holders.

Some might say you go to the desert in the winter to escape the cold...ok, well maybe not so much this year. Billings hasn't had much of a winter. But I'll take time in the desert anytime. Beautiful day. Wonderful company. The Hidden Valley loop had lots of fun including Fatman's pass and some fun bouldering. Lunch at The Farm was unexpected and delicious. Lastly we spent some time at the pool before supper. This will be on rinse and repeat for the next couple days.

First real trail run post surgeries...I have taken it slow. It felt good to be out but my legs, ankles, and feet are not sure about all of it. I experienced similar calf discomfort and foot numbness that I had prior to surgery... hopefully it's just because things are still tight. 🤞🏻 I'm going to keep moving!
