First ever Melbourne Cause Club is done and dusted! Sooo grateful to be able to launch the Melbourne edition of cause club with the fabulous @weareallknd !!

AllKnd is a youth mental health and social charity and they created cause club in response to rising loneliness. It’s a social volunteering movement based on a simple idea that doing small good things alongside others makes a big impact and can create a meaningful way to find community and a sense of belonging.

Our first event was a things swap with leftover donations heading to @lifelineaustralia op shops to support their amazing work. We had so much fun hearing all the stories behind the items (some of my favourites are in the post!) and meeting new people and feeling connected to the community 💖

Had the absolute privilege to attend the launch of the Never Have I Ever campaign with @drinkwiseaus and @reachout_aus at Parliament House along side @isaxcamp and the fabulous @shayna_jack

This campaign is a national education campaign that encourages healthier coping strategies and moderation by highlighting the link between stress, anxiety and alcohol among young adults and aims to start the conversation around drinking to cope for young people, which is super important right now as even though the overall rates of risky drinking in young adults (18-24) the rates of young woman has actually increased in recent years.
