That was an exciting one! First game wearing the captain’s band after officially being named a captain for the 26/27 season joining Owen E for @lfciami central red u12 🤝 currently top 4 in the state and top 200 in the country. Cap’d it off with an exciting last minute game winner to beat the Stars Elite 2-1. taken in Pontiac, Michigan by @maddoxcommand

@maddoxcommand had himself a weekend! The first two free kick goals were in the pre-ecnl championship game, against the #2 ranked team in Alabama. This was on top of a brilliant defensive performance, from the center back position. The incredible first free kick was late to tie the game 3-3. U12 - 2015

Once a week non-soccer training with @aric.sperling at @impactt_fitness 💪 working on learning his body, for longevity in this sport. Flexibility, stability, mobility, and overall injury prevention while improving speed and agility! This is JUST as valuable as any soccer training. If you’re always injured, it doesn’t matter much how much skill you have. taken in Impactt Fitness by @maddoxcommand

First year of legal headers (u12 2015) and the boys are loving it! Maddox completed the trifecta on the season… header goal from a corner, header goal from in play, and today this header goal off a free kick 💪 so much fun! 2-0 on the day in the top division of the Blue Chips tournament in Cincinnati! taken in Cincinnati, OH by @maddoxcommand

What a game. What an experience. 🔥🙌
At the end of 5th grade, Maddox’s school all goes to Mackinac Island for a long weekend field trip. Well that weekend landed on the state cup semi finals and finals, which Maddox’s team earned a spot in both. Sam and I let him pick… and of course he picked playing soccer. He played lights out in the biggest games of the season 💪 We told him we would do a special trip with just him to make up for it. We offered Mackinac Island, Niagara Falls, or a special @columbuscrew game with the field club and seats. Again, he picked soccer lol and it did not disappoint!! Santi made his debut and scored the opener. The team was on fire and won the game 3-0 🔥 the lounge food and experience was top notch. And the biggest cherry on top was being able to talk with the players, get signatures, and pictures. This is a core memory that I’m just happy to be part of! #columbuscrew taken in Columbus, Ohio by @maddoxcommand

Congrats to @maddoxcommand for getting his name called to move on to the winter pool for the Michigan Olympic Development Program aka ODP 🔥 After 5 hours of tryouts in the heat (with a cold), you never know what coaches are looking for and/or see, so Maddox was very excited with the news! Keep working and loving the journey. taken in Canton, Michigan by @maddoxcommand

Massive shoutout to Ahmad from @thegoldenbalance 🤝 Sam and I have got to know him over the last couple years, and he’s such a good dude. Warm, welcoming, and kind. Jax and Maddox have been fans of his YouTube channel, especially Jax because he wants to be a baker and a chef. Did you know Jax bakes several times a week, to the point where Sam and I do not even go in the kitchen with him anymore? Ahmad has over 3.5 million subs on YouTube and over 8.5 million followers on TikTok (check him out if you haven’t). Showcasing his cooking and culture. Couldn’t be nicer (basketball jumper can use a little work though 🤣). He didn’t hesitate when asked if the boys could meet him. We are all about micro-dosing positive and diverse soccer experiences! For our family, it’s just become part of our culture, and we couldn’t love it more. ❤️ Saturday was wonderful! @maddoxcommand & some of his @lfciami central teammates played in their first ever “soccer in the sand” tournament. They went 4-0 and won the championship ⚽️🏖️ we ended the night cheering on the @flintcitybucks in the @uslleaguetwo national championship. What a vibe and a great game! taken in Metro Beach Park at Lake St. Clair in Harrison Township, Michigan. by @maddoxcommand
