this weekend was a whirl wind. things did not go as planned and everything that could’ve possibly went wrong WENT WRONG. however, despite the circumstances and through the adversity and anxiety that was felt, i performed and showed off what i work so hard to build. i am so blessed to have such amazing people in my corner that show up, support, and cheer me on no matter what. bodybuilding will always challenge me and push me past my limits but most importantly continue to build character, discipline, mental toughness, and potential that i never thought was possible. this is only the beginning for me and we’re not done yet🤍

yes you look good being lean but at what cost
•
1️⃣ you’re fatigued and have no energy to the point of brain fog

2️⃣ you isolate your self from your loved ones because of the energy loss

3️⃣ maintaining relationships are hard because you become very irritable and angry

4️⃣ hunger cravings become so unbearable which in the end can cause binging or an eating disorder

5️⃣ you lose your period and you’re hormones are super unbalanced

at the end of the day becoming super lean is something not meant to be maintainable. enjoy your life with maintenance and balance that keeps you and everyone around you happy🩷

in honor of my NEXT PREP STARTING NEXT WEEK!! second slide is where i started my first prep and last slide is where im starting my second prep

it has truly been quite the off season and i have enjoyed every bit of my growing phase. i have been getting to enjoy lots of food but have stuck to my plan. this next show i am coming in with a bigger and better package than before and i couldn’t be more excited. i am in awe of myself and how hard i have worked to achieve my dreams. catch me shredded and in a bikini this summer LFG💪🏻🥹🩷
