My heart fills up all over again every time I see these photos.
I’m instantly taken back to that moment on stage, how beautiful I felt, how present I was, how much emotion lived in my chest 🥹

There are still so many thoughts and feelings moving through my mind and my heart. And right now, I’m choosing to stay focused, enjoy the holidays, keep eating, stay consistent, and truly sit with this experience, because it has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life.

What makes this even more special is that this was never something I envisioned for myself. In the beginning, I was simply going to the gym, enjoying my time, filming my friends, and having fun. But somewhere along the way, between my coach Brian and the people in our community, something shifted. They saw potential in me before I ever saw it in myself. And standing on that stage made me realize… maybe this really is for me.

It’s made me reflect on how much potential lives inside all of us.. potential that sometimes stays hidden simply because we don’t dare to look for it, because we’re afraid to take a step, to do something bold, something different. I’m endlessly grateful for the people who pushed me, challenged me, and encouraged me to go for it. That decision changed me.

A very special thank you to my coach @brian_with_vitality for the patience, the words, the guidance, and the belief. For supporting me not only mentally, but also through @vitalityhealthftw, sponsoring my competition. This sport is expensive, and I truly could not have done this without the love and support of my community and friends who showed up for me in so many ways.

Thank you to every single person who stood by me. None of this would have been possible without you.

And a huge thank you to @sweatethic , the supplement line that supported me throughout this entire prep. I’m deeply grateful for brands that believe in athletes who are just starting. There’s always a first time 🫶 and I’m honored that my first prep was with you.

Love, T!
