One year ago today, we celebrated a love story close to our hearts at the beautiful Willow Inn 🤍 Watching our very own Gracy marry Anthony made this day especially meaningful for the Maddy K Events team. When someone who helps bring so many beautiful celebrations to life gets her own moment, it’s something special - and the Willow Inn was the perfect setting for theirs. Happy first anniversary, Gracy & Anthony! Wishing you a lifetime of love, laughter, and moments as beautiful as this one 🥂 📸 @lesmariagesdejulia by @maddykevents

I’ve spent years finding the right spaces, getting to know the people behind them, and keeping a little black book along the way. Now, I’m opening it to you. 🤍 Introducing The Venue Edit by Maddy K. The tucked-away private dining room. The unexpected setting for a celebration. The familiar address you never knew could host your event. We’re here to help you discover them. Whether you’re planning a corporate gathering, a birthday, a wedding, or an intimate dinner, we’ll curate a shortlist from our partner venues based on your vision & guest count. And here’s what I want you to know: you don’t need to hire us to plan your entire event. You can come to us just for the venue. No fee for our venue-finding service. No obligation to book event planning. Tell us what you’re planning. We might know just the place. ✨ DM “VENUE” to get started—and save this for your next occasion. #TheVenueEdit #MaddyK #MontrealVenues #MontrealEvents #privatedining by @maddykevents

I’d love to help you find the right space and format for yours. 💌 DM me for preferred rates and more information. Send me your preferred date and approximate guest count, and let’s start there. #Le9e #MontrealEvents #HolidayParty #CorporateEvents #MaddyK by @maddykevents
Celebrating 10 years of JOELLE. Fashion, ambition, and a vision brought to life. 🤍✨ So proud to have played a part in this milestone, working alongside Hans and the talented teams who helped bring JOELLE’s anniversary celebration together. From coordinating rentals and suppliers to the many logistics behind the scenes, our part was about helping turn the plans into a guest experience worthy of the occasion. And a HUGE shoutout to Hans! @theimageisofficial 👏 Your creative vision, attention to detail, and the sheer amount of work you put into this production deserve their own spotlight. There is so much people never see behind an evening like this, and you deserve recognition for all of it. Thank you for trusting us to be part of it. To Joelle and the entire JOELLE team @joelle.collection_ congratulations on 10 years of building something extraordinary. What a moment to celebrate. 🥂 #MaddyK #MaddyKEvents #JOELLE #EventProduction #BrandExperience by @maddykevents
I’m a business owner who happens to have influence. And in my world, that influence comes with responsibility. 🤍 When I put my name behind an event, a venue, a partner or an idea, my reputation goes with it. Clients trust me with their investment, their brand and moments they don’t get to do twice. My team and creative partners trust me to give clear direction, make the difficult calls and lead when the pressure is on. I take that seriously. The photos capture the beautiful part. Behind them are months of conversations, budgets, negotiations, creative decisions and problems that need answers before the doors open. There’s also the judgment to know when an idea needs more work. When to push for something better. And when to tell a client honestly what will serve them best. That’s the business I’ve spent years building. My influence grew through that work. Through relationships nurtured over time, recommendations I was willing to stand behind, and people trusting me with their next event because of how I handled the last one. Events and hospitality are my everyday world. I think about how a room will feel, how guests will be welcomed, how a brand will be represented and how every partner will deliver their part. So yes, you’ll see me dressed up, enjoying the evening and sharing the experience. You’ll also be seeing a woman who knows exactly what it took to get there. And I want to bring you further into that side of my world: the thinking, the leadership, the collaboration and the lessons. I’m Maddy K. Business owner. Event producer. The woman behind the experience. ✨ What would you like to see more of: the creative decisions, the business conversations or what really happens on event day? #MaddyK #MaddyKEvents #EventProduction #Hospitality #brandexperiences by @maddykevents
Consider your to-do list shortened. 😉📞 You bring the vision. My team and I bring the creativity, the right people, and the attention to every detail—so you can walk into your celebration and actually enjoy it. ✨ That first reaction? That’s what we live for. 🤍 #MaddyKEvents #Maddyk #LuxuryWeddings #EventDesign #eventplanner by @maddykevents
We left the 9–5… only to think about events 24/7. 😂 Site visits, client meetings, floor plans, fittings, production days—and somehow, we wouldn’t have it any other way. This is what building a business you love really looks like. ✨ #EventProducer #EventProduction #HospitalityIndustry #MaddyK #MaddykEvents by @maddykevents

Yes, I will straighten that napkin one more time. 😉 From the lighting and timing to the way each guest is welcomed, every detail shapes the experience. That’s where event production meets hospitality—and why you’ll always find me doing one last walk-through before the doors open. ✨ #MaddyKEvents #EventProduction #Hospitality #GuestExperience #ExperientialEvents by @maddykevents
My camera roll is basically a venue tour, a dinner invitation, and an after-party. 😂🥂 Behind every photo: months of planning, a talented team, and a room full of people we couldn’t wait to welcome. The hardest part? Choosing what to post. ✨ Which setting would you want an invitation to? 👀 #MaddyKEvents #EventProduction #Hospitality #MaddyK #LuxuryExperiences by @maddykevents
Monday. A fresh coffee. The same lie I told myself last week. 😂☕️ “It’ll calm down after this event.” Then the next idea comes, the phone rings, and we’re doing it all again. Somewhere between the walkthroughs and the last guest leaving… I remember why I love this. 🤍 Who else has been saying “after this week” for years? 🙋🏻‍♀️ #MaddyKEvents #EventProfs #EventProducer #EventLife #montrealevents by @maddykevents
