A study in material richness and refined residential scale, AVRA brings together architecture by PBD Architects and interiors by Woods Bagot, complemented by select-grade custom flooring.

Comprising just 18 residences, including three expansive 400sqm penthouses, the project is defined by a considered dialogue between robust architecture and finely resolved interiors. Raw fluted precast concrete and intricate screening shape the exterior, while inside, Calacatta natural stone, timber veneer and woven leather introduce depth and tactility.
