🚧 One of our biggest transformations yet 🚧

Over the past year, we’ve been incredibly busy working on two major renovation projects and this is one of them.

This nearly 400m² historic building was formerly a hotel. Today, it has been completely transformed into a modern office space while carefully preserving its original character and architectural details.

The project included:
✔️ New floor plan
✔️ Two new dormer extensions
✔️ New concrete floors
✔️ New roof
✔️ Underfloor heating throughout
✔️ New double glassed windows
✔️ Complete electrical renewal
✔️ New plumbing system
✔️ New plastering and painting

In short, this was a full top-to-bottom renovation. Every part of the building has been upgraded to meet modern standards for insulation, energy efficiency, and acoustic performance, while maintaining the charm of the original property.

Here are a few photos of the project. A drone video will be coming soon, giving you a better sense of the scale and complexity of this transformation.

We’re incredibly proud of the result and grateful to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. 💪

Another bathroom transformation completed in Utrecht! ✨

This compact bathroom proves that small spaces can still have it all. We modernized the entire room and created a functional layout featuring a shower, toilet, sink, radiator, washing machine, and dryer, all perfectly integrated into one stylish space.

A great example of how smart design and craftsmanship can turn a small bathroom into a complete and comfortable living area.

What a ride this year has been.
Without a doubt, our most challenging year so far, but also one we’re incredibly proud of.

This year we transformed:
▫️ 7 bathrooms
▫️ Multiple carpentry & plumbing projects
▫️ 6 toilets
▫️ 3 dormers
▫️ 1 medium-sized full house renovation (55 m²)
▫️ 1 large A–Z house renovation (113 m²)
▫️ And our biggest project yet: a full A–Z renovation of 347 m², started last year and set to be completed in February 2026.

None of this would have been possible without our amazing team.
Thank you for your hard work, loyalty and dedication, day in and day out. We truly appreciate you.

And of course, a huge thank you to our wonderful clients. It’s amazing to see how the right vibe attracts the right tribe, and nothing beats seeing clients happy in their newly renovated homes.

We’re excited for what 2026 will bring. Our schedule is already filling up, and we’re hoping for more full house renovations. If you’re looking for a reliable and trustworthy building company, don’t wait too long to get in touch.

For now, we’re taking some time to rest, reconnect with loved ones, and recharge for the new building season.

✨ WE WISH YOU A HAPPY & HEALTHY NEW YEAR ✨ by @madebuildingcompany

We took out a load-bearing wall and installed a 6 meter steel beam to support the structure. The beam was seamlessly concealed, and the entire new kitchen area was plastered and freshly painted. Clean and beautiful 😍.
