Life off the grid with my crazy doggie Jambu 🌿🐶 it took nearly all my time, energy, money and mind space since I moved into this cute little forest. Waking up in Portugal be like…. 😊

🌈 Waking up to untouched beauty of nature, is a daily reminder of the journey I’m on. ‘Soon’ the eco camp and tiny houses will flourish under sunrises with rainbows (and unicorns🤣) .

🌱 From the humble beginnings of a single camper and trying out solar panels, this process holds the promise of a sustainable and harmonious future. As I patiently navigate the process, I find solace in knowing that ‘soon’ -whatever that means😅- there will be a sanctuary for like-minded individuals seeking an eco-friendly escape for working remote, connecting to other digital Nomads or visiting for a workation.

🙏🏽 While the holidays bring a temporary pause in the plan, it’s a time for reflection and anticipation. I’m grateful for all of your support. Your continued presence and happy cheerleads propels me forward, and that keeps me motivated to keep you updated every step of the way.

Sleeping in a tiny house is a unique holiday experience. I had to try out everything myself to find out what would fit best for my plan, of course 🤪.

After successfully running my own tiny house in the Netherlands for 3 years, I was inspired to create something similar in Portugal. Along the way, I have discovered some truly breathtaking places that have served as my inspiration.

Waking up at places with stunning views or beautiful crafted houses like @salemaecocamp or @landofdeveza, have truly captured my heart.

In the past months, I have also had pleasure to meet and speak with talented builders like the amazing team of Stan and Robbe at @madebuildingcompany ( still have availability in January 😉?). Or @stijnvdijk , who showed me his beautiful A-frame Made at @casapomodoroit.
But also unique accommodations like the caravan treehouse at @theatlantatreehouse and the cozy tubes at @campismotamanco . I would like to step out of the ordinary and into a world of extraordinary adventures

But it’s not just about the beautiful spots I’ve discovered. I have also come across places that didn’t quite meet my standards. Locations plagued by noise pollution or situated too close to busy cities or roads. Tiny houses crammed together or spread too far apart, making a trip to the main building or toilet feel like an eternity.

I have a clear vision of what makes a tiny house truly beautiful, and I’m curious to hear your thoughts too. Join me on this incredible journey and let’s create unforgettable memories in the perfect tiny house getaway.
