THE cake of all cakes this summer!! I love all the weird and wonderful cake request I get. If you’re unsure, just ask about design! I’m always honest and up front if I think I can execute it or not!

There’s cake inside of the leaves! Every leaf is made with white chocolate, colored with colored cocoa butter, and I used the leaves as ‘molds’, hand piping the veins, letting it set, then the other colors etc etc.

Let’s make this summers new cake trend vegetables, but made out of cake.

Everything is 100% edible. Inside is an almond raspberry cake! The dirt, is chocolate cake and cocoa powder, and the rocks are chocolate :). 🥬🥬🥬🥬

I know that everything is expensive right now and not everyone can fork out money for a custom cake! I’m always down to discuss a trade of equal value! I’m open to tattoos, facials, massages, nail appointments, hair, honestly just ask! I can’t do a trade for every dessert but I’m always open to discussing 💗

I wanted to educate myself on some facts about domestic violence, especially during domestic violence awareness month. I don’t know if you have noticed, but I’ve noticed, a lot of abusers being called out lately in Pittsburgh. I want you all to stay safe. 90% of my followers are women (ily).

I also wanted to include some info about being a woman working in a male dominated field, like kitchens/restaurants.

I don’t think abuse is funny, nor do I think putting down women is funny. There’s been SO much of putting women down, sexualizing, I could go on and on forever. I’m tired of it. We just want to be able to go on a walk outside, go to the gym, WEAR HEADPHONES without having to worry about being attacked, harassed or worse. This is a thank you post!

Thank you to all the people who order from me, come to my cake classes, that believe in me, talk about me, recommend me, let me use your resources, I can keep GOING!

I’m just feeling very thankful! Life’s hard!! Especially right now! Not everyone has extra spending money and I truly feel grateful that you pick me to make your cake!

I always knew I wanted to do art when I was a kid i just never thought I could merge the two things I love into one and be able to do it for work. I didn’t have a lot of support growing up so I did a lot of things myself and then it turned into I’m too proud to ask for help. But asking for help and putting myself out there is how I got here! I’m still learning and growing too. Nothing happens overnight. Ive been growing this business since 2018 when i first made this account. It was a side hobby for me to be able to create what i wanted after working my full time baking/restaurant jobs. Then it turned into something i was able to fall back on after my second lay off in 5 years, both things out of my control. I don’t try to be anything but myself.

Okay and I promise I’m replying to everyone today and tomorrow. I know everyone understands but from what I’ve learned doing this is that not everyone will take the time to read and know that it’s just me (and my husband sometimes!). I can’t always get things done right away when I’m also doing all the baking and decorating! So emails and inquiries definitely have taken a little backseat until I have time to sit and reply. I want to be able to reply within 1-2 days but I’m also not a business with multiple people on standby! So thank you for understanding that it will take me time to reply back to you. I like to read through the emails and look through my calendar to make sure I can fit it in because I hate saying no to orders. I also have to take time to rest, as much as I hate sitting still without feeling guilty haha.

ANYWAYS you know I can ramble haha. So I’m going to stop here and just say thank you :).
