Today is my birthday.
Time flows in strange ways but despite all the upheaval that I have experienced this decade of my 20s, I’m grateful for all the good that has filtered its way out and all of the people and opportunities that I have held dear.
In this final year of the decade, I’m excited, perhaps with hints of delusion but it feels like senior year and the yearn, the itch for all that is great to happen this year.
Certain things didn’t go as planned today but it filled me with the intensity and enthusiasm to still make it a great time for myself and perhaps that’s the strength I’ve grown in myself that counts for the whole way to tackle life.
For my 29th year, I wish for love, I wish for more fun moments with friends, I wish to grow more into the self I want to be, I wish to be more myself, I wish to wish. What a beautiful thing it is to wish and hope

Spooky Season has hit Chem Co 👻🎃☠️🍩 and the ghouls are hungry!

Join us for our first Spook-Fest Bake Sale with your favorite haunted Pittsburgh bakers on Saturday October 10th, from 10am-2pm. Besides mouth watering baked goods, have your tarot read, get a flash tattoo, or decorate a mask.

Our fabulous vendors are:

@custardprison throwing down the freakiest flavor combos in her iconic pączki donuts 🍩🎃

@madebymarlamae will have gorgeous individual cake slices for sale 🍰

@katebakespgh is vending unique tiramisu slices 🍰🎃

@mochis.donuts.pgh is doing what they do best, creating beautiful gluten free donuts that are pretty and tasty

@sharayahs_plantbased_pgh will be serving delicious vegan treats! 🍃

@pghastrology will be offering tarot readings in the spooky Pigeonhole office all afternoon!

@tattoosbykristinhawk will be offering flash tattoos, keep an eye out for the designs closer to the event 👀☠️
