What an AMAZING evening with incredible childfree sistahs who completed the Chocolate & Childfree: Optimal Growth Group Experience🥰!
.
The gathering (long overdue) was a beautiful reminder of why No Bibs Burps Bottles was created - genuine community, connection, and support amongst childfree sistahs! We laughed through fun ice-breakers (Dr. Angela is great at lip-syncing 😂), engaged in meaningful discussions on hot topics (living alone vs. roommates - whew, lol), and shared valuable nuggets on health, wellness, finances, and more (creatine and a pinch of salt in water goes a long way).
.
Dr. Angela also provided both personal and professional updates that touched on reflection, growth, continued empowerment, and the importance of mental health and well-being.
.
An intimate, affirming, and supportive time amongst childfree besties🥰! Stay tuned and be on the lookout for information about the upcoming Chocolate & Childfree: Group Experience returning this fall! #childfree #childfreebychoice #childfreeblackwomen #groupexperience #empowerment by @madeformore76

Last night in my 40s!!🎉🥳💜🤩

The year of the snake came to an end last week and GIRRLLL the shedding was REAL!! I experienced tremendous loss in my family and I was also blindsided by someone who's behaviour left me feeling confused, angry and insignificant.

Enter my birthday trip...

This mini vacay couldn't have come at a better time (thank you Universe). There's nothing like a little sun, sand and ocean air to lift your spirits! I'm moving into my 50th year with strength and gratitude. This next chapter was written just for me and I'm ready to receive ALL the amazing gifts coming my way!!

To quote Dr. Maya Angelou, "I wouldn't take nuthin' for my journey now"

Do you ever try crazy sh*t you used to do a long time ago- just to see if you can still do it?

Me too!😁

You don't earn the term "Legend" easily.

But when you enter your 99th year, out and about, chatting, joking and still melting hearts- what other word is there??

Miss Maxine has influenced my life in ways I'll never be able to express. I am in awe of this woman every day. Happy 99th Miss Maxine!! I love you!🤟🏾♥️💜

About last night...

Spent some time with @coldplay and it was the BEST concert/work experience I've had thus far. @coldplay is THE MOST accessible and eco-friendly band out there. No lip service- I saw the receipts!! Thank you for providing an accessible experience for your Deaf/H of H fans. Other artists should take notes. Easy to say this band has All My Love!🤟🏾♥️
