Hola!! I’m Marissa & I’m on a mission to create an intergenerational fitness and crafty community for women in/near the city of Downey, Ca! Because our moms, tias and abuelitas are girlies too!!!

I’ve been having SOO much fun coming up with the upcoming event - a merengue & reggaeton cardio kickboxing class 🔥 💃 meant for women wanting to try something new, do something for themselves, spend time with friends or just be in community!

I’m not kidding, this will be a fun, spicy and sweaty event you don’t want to miss!

Such a beautiful and amazing group of women, you all inspire me to continue showing up for myself now and in the future as I grow older because it should never stop!

Joy is our birthright and we get to wake up and choose to let joy in and share it when possible 💖

So thank you again for letting me sprinkle some joy over you and thank you for bringing all the warm smiles and laughs.

last Sunday I had the privilege of hosting Equinox Alchemy with @_botanica_co for made of más

an intentionally planned event for welcoming fall, grounding and reconnecting with our hearts through movement, mocktails and warm connections

all under the sunset and moonlight sky 🌙✨

I finally have some time to share about my watercolor picnic that I hosted recently with my friend @madeofmar ☀️ We got so lucky with the weather! It was such a nice and clear day at the beach.

We spent a few hours painting, talking, and drinking tea together 🌊 I’m grateful to have been able to spend time with a community composed of so many kind and intelligent women. I went home with a few sunburns and a very full heart <3
