Having a Dalmatian stare at me was the first sign that I was going to love this event 🥰🐕 @madeofmar @_botanica_co Made of Mas and Botanicas collaborated to make this beautiful event 😊 The set us was sooo beautiful, and she encouraged us to dress up whimsical and flowing so we can do gentle movements to regulate our nervous system. I wish I had taken a picture of my outfit because it was fun to dress up ☺️ I was somewhat nervous because of my social anxiety, but @madeofmar makes you feel soooo welcomed and seen 🥰 Her events are a great place to meet people and bring more joy in your life. I suggest you follow her for all her future events 😊 We first started with helpful techniques to slow down the nervous system and ended with a BEAUTIFUL heart focused meditation 🫠 I personally cried, I didn't realize how much I've been holding on to 😔 After that pre-game 🤪 We got into our Mocktails 😁 but these are different ☝🏻These are all intentional mixtures 🥰 The first one is called Lady Alice, which includes rose petals, raspberry leaf, organic blueberry syrup, and sparkling mineral water. When I tell you how refreshing it tasted after experiencing a beautiful meditations 🤌🏻 10/10 benefits: heart-opening blend, cramp and PMS relief, and digestive support @_botanica_co The power couple, while she explains the benifits for all the drinks, her husband is mixing them behind her 🥰 This was my FAVORITE! Im a sucker for banana 🍌 This drink was called Pegasus. It has butterfly pea tea, coconut cloud foam, organic banana, and lavender syrup. Benifits: collagen-boosting power, stress support, and brain health support. If you get anything from this, please go to their pop-ups just to try this drink 😋 The last drink was called Moon Goddess. It has Tulsi, lemon verbena, chamomile, hibiscus, and organic raspberry syrup. Benefits: anxiety relief, mood support, better sleep, calcium, iron, and magnesium. This was just a nice ending to a peaceful night 😌 Give yourself some time to breathe and join events like these whenever you can 🙏🏻 Good luck on your self-care journey ✨️

I finally have some time to share about my watercolor picnic that I hosted recently with my friend @madeofmar ☀️ We got so lucky with the weather! It was such a nice and clear day at the beach. We spent a few hours painting, talking, and drinking tea together 🌊 I’m grateful to have been able to spend time with a community composed of so many kind and intelligent women. I went home with a few sunburns and a very full heart <3 special thanks to Marissa’s mom who helped us drag tables and chairs through the sand 💪

Still processing how beautiful today was 🥹✨💖 If you’ve been around for a while, you know I launched hello goddess before 🌸 But truthfully, I don’t think I was fully ready yet.. I had the vision, but I was still figuring out who I was, what I wanted hello goddess to become, and how I wanted to lead it. Looking back, I think some of it came from a place of fear, proving myself, and trying to force things before they were ready 🙈 This past year, I slowed down 🌿 I focused on teaching, healing, choosing myself & building a life that felt aligned 🤍 And somewhere along the way, hello goddess became clearer ✨ Today was more than a relaunch… it was finally allowing myself to lead from my heart & trust myself 🥹🦋💖 Every woman in that room has been part of my journey in some way 🤍 Some are clients, friends, met through events ✨ Some came into my life exactly when they were meant to 🌸 And being surrounded by all of these incredible women reminded me exactly why hello goddess exists 💫 Not just for Pilates 🩷 Not just for sound baths 🎶✨ Not just for journaling 📖🌙 But to create spaces where women can take off the mask for a minute & just be🤍 Where they can… be honest 🫶 feel seen 🌸 Release ✨ remember who they are outside of all the roles they carry every day 🦋 To every goddess who showed up today, THANK YOU 💖 Thank you for trusting me 🤍 Thank you for opening up 🫶 Thank you for sharing your stories, your hearts, your struggles, your dreams, and your intentions ✨🌙 There is something so powerful about a room full of women choosing themselves 🥹💫 Watching women who may have walked in not knowing each other leave feeling connected, supported, and seen was everything I hoped this would be 🩷 This is what hello goddess is about 🌸 ✨ Community 🫶 Connection 🩷 Movement 🦋 Healing 🌙 And creating spaces where women feel safe enough to be fully themselves This is just the beginning 💫 More opportunities for women to come together and remember who the fuck they are 🦋👑✨ With so much love, Danielle 🦋💖✨ Founder of @hellogoddess_
