Next Installment of Ecstatic Dance Event at the beautiful historic landmark building of @lhsc4401u on the bottom floor. @iamalexfreese and I love holding space on these beautiful evenings/nights to create a safe container for anyone to “come as they are!” Come out and let the music/lights/visuals and frequencies help you express your full self whatever that looks like. No experience necessary. All you need to bring is yourself and I highly recommend a water bottle as movement/dance will make you thirsty in a good way! Really hope to see some familiar faces as well as new ones! If you have any questions then feel free to DM me! Peace , love and light to all the beautiful souls. Come if you feel called and don’t worry if you’re never been or are anxious. The music will help you release or gain whatever it may be that you need!
💚🙏💜

It’s back and we’re back! I am very glad to announce that @iamalexfreese and I are bringing back this amazing movement event! Come As You Are! I come from a big classical family music background. My mother is an amazing piano player and teacher. Growing up I used to listen to her play a lot of songs and quite often she would improvise a of them. As I get older I grow to appreciate music more and more. Come out and dance/move with us in whatever way you feel called to while I live DJ the event and Alex plays some instruments for an amazing collaboration experience 💚🙏💜

Music is Medicine for our souls. I am a person who struggles with Anxiety, PTSD and ADHD. It wasn’t until I went to one of my first sound healings led by @iamalexfreese that I was able to tune into my inner self and learn how to feel grounded through breath work and beautiful frequencies from frequency forks to a big gong. It is now a powerful tool for me that I utilize. If you’ve never been to one of these it’s ok. Come as you are. The event will be led by @iamalexfreese and I will be helping out with the audio/lighting production in the lower level of the beautiful and historic @lhsc4401u the cost is $30 via Venmo or cash. Hope to see some new and familiar faces and souls there! 💚🙏💜 taken in Lake Harriet Spiritual Community (LHSC) by @madrushin

Happy Valentines Day Everyone! Today is about love! The most important being self love, something that I am personally working on daily but it’s not easy! Please reach out to friends and family that may be alone. A short text and/or phone call can make all of the difference in the world for someone going through a lot. Also a huge shoutout to some of my best friends! Thank You Sam Moe for always being there for me and being real. Thank You to Alex Freese and the divine universe for bringing us together as I consider this amazing man a Spiritual Brother and am just now realizing that we’re all on the right path even though it may not seem like it! Huge thank you for my mom Maryna Vynogradova for raising me to be the man I am today and my sister Valerie even though we don’t always get along I still know we love each other! by @madrushin
