I just learned I was able to dance and it’s changed my life! Most of my life I was stuck in my head and crippled by what others thought leading me to keep my head down and body still. One day something shifted and I allowed myself to become the rattle, I went with the flow and surrendered to the music and it felt amazing! @madrushin and I created this night to bring momentum into your life, creating a safe container where you are welcomed exactly as you are, a place where you are truly free to express yourself.
It will be a magical night with lights, visuals, live DJ and starting and ending the evening to ground down, open up and stretch and lean into all the amazingness we have assessable to us all. $33 Friday January 13th 7-9pm @lhsc4401u
No experience necessary. All bodies and ages are welcome as we have the freedom to be the full you in the present moment.

This is such a loving and kind group and container to truly let go, move/ express yourself to tap into your strength.

Practice how to listen, move your body and work within your capacity in this practice built to develop and nurture a loving and long healthy relationship with your body and healthy expression. #minneapolis #minneapolisdance #ecstaticdance #ecstaticdancedj
