My merch shop is finally open! I have been working on this in the background over the past couple months - testing out printing providers and whatnot - and everything is finally set and ready to go. Super stoked to get my creations off of my iPad and out into the world!

Tent camping crew is the literal best 💖

New connections!! Being on crew was such a connective experience. Info booth team is fantastic. So excited to deepen with this community after being in non flow world for so many years.

Firefly being able to make it to the event, having him as my neighbor, and getting to meet Miranda and Elena.

Comiserating with fellow tummy ache/chronic illness baddies and receiving such exquisite gluten and dairy free treats ❤️❤️

A perfectly serendipitous evening of quality time with Pooja and Vaani.

The drive home: Hospitality of new friends and their kiddos (and doggos/kitties), taking a slower route, and an epic sunset over Mt Shasta.

Serendipity really had my back the whole time ✨️

Sleep was ROUGH. Need to figure a better sleep setup for next time.

My full work shift day was very crispy from the start. I recovered okay, but I had a handful of mini breakdowns throughout the day. So grateful to each of my friends who caught me and helped me return to center.

- Goals -

✅️ Come out of Kindle with next steps for teaching hoop classes locally

Finally getting to share my yearly fire vid from the circle @kindle_nw . I spun my minis every night and it felt so good to be finding a flow that feels authentic to me 💖 I also pivoted to a 50/50 fuel mix and I gotta say its pretty perfect for fire hoops - not as hot as pure white gas and gives me a bit more time to play.

Pretty sure this was during @uchiwalimusic 's set, which I was SO STOKED FOR after jamming out to their set at FireDrums this year. Thank you so much Jacob for blessing us with your beats 💖

I also got so much positive feedback from folks I adore and it felt so sweet to feel so seen and celebrated 🥰🥰

Will be sharing my HLGCBS and more photos shortly ✨️ But man... Kindle. You are the best, you are my favorite 💞

Day 22 ✨️ Yesterday was my birthday!! 🎂 I my day walking among the beautiful oak trees and savoring a cool misty morning and hooped at my new favorite hoop spot, and later had some sweet chill time on the Russian River with friends. It was a very sweet was to ring in my 38th year 💖

This experiment of an (almost) daily movement/dance practice this past month has been such a grounding gift during a time of big change in my personal world. I did the thing 2/3 of the days and I am so proud of that. The hardest part has been consistently recording videos, editing them, and posting. I think I want to keep the physical practice part and cut back on the posting 😅

This next month (and year) my intention is to connect in community and flow with other folks more 💞 I will be journeying up the coast to Kindle in about a week, and then returning home when I hope to find a place to teach some regular hoop classes somewhere in/near Sebastopol 🥰

Day 19 ✨️ I went to my favorite hoop spot in the park this morning and danced to a beloved song, and then when I got home I found out that Dolly Parton had passed into the realm of the ancestors. While I am so glad she gets to finally rest after her long 9-5, I am also feeling incredible loss.

I - like many people - have been crying a lot today while reading beautiful tributes to her activism, philanthropy, and listening to her music. She was such a light in this world (a light of a clear blue morning). Such an incredible woman.

I learned a new quote from her in one of these tributes: "Find who you are and do it on purpose."

Raising my cup to her today, may we all learn from her example to be true to ourselves, and uplift others to be who they truly are.

Day 18 of hooping into my birthday month 🎂 Any other hoopers/flow artists who often prefer to dance to non-EDM? A flowing song with beautiful guitar and vocals usually inspires me so, so much. Don't get me wrong, I love getting down to some heavy bass too.. but I am realizing during this almost-daily practice that more frequently I reach for songs that are a bit more acoustic vibes.

Its my birthday week!!! And my living space is fully ready for me 🥰 It has been such a blessing during this heavy eclipse season shift energy to get to nest and cultivate my little spot under the Oak, Walnut, and Cottonwood trees 🌳 ✨️ Kindle is in a few short weeks and I will be meandering up the coast. So stoked to play in the misty wooded shoreline with my fellow flowing weirdos 💞

Day 15 of hooping into my birthday month ✨️🎂 I knew when I started this thing that I was not going to be perfectly consistent every day, and I wanted to do it anyway. While I am indeed a routine-loving creature I can have a hard time actually sticking to practices daily. This whole challenge for myself is instead an invitation to keep returning as much as I can, because the returning is the practice.

This morning I went on a walk at Ragle Ranch Park (my favorite local park where I posted an earlier video from) in search of hoop spots, and I found this perfect one on the edge of a massive oak grove, overlooking a beautiful valley. And I got to meet an adorable puppy and a very friendly cattle dog on their morning walk. 10/10 hoop spot, no notes 💞

Life is extremely chaotic these days, and taking the time to carve out some space to listen to some uplifting music, be with nature, and dance is exactly the medicine I need to keep going ✨️

Day 10 of hooping into my birthday month 🎂✨️ Aaand we're back! I am proud to say I've stayed on top of my daily practice, I only missed hooping one day, but posting videos every day is a lot 😆

I found an old playlist called "Keep Going" with a bunch of uplifting music and this gem was on it 🔥 "Impossible is Possible" by Black Violin is just **so good**. If you have Tidal and want the playlist link, hit me up.

Day 7 ✨️ I got to hoop in my new home space!! Found this gorgeous Beautiful Chorus song that I hadn't heard before and got to jam in socks on a fresh new hardwood floor. I have been doing so much dancing on outdoor, un-level ground and MAN this felt GOOD.

My new home is **so close** to being ready to move into. It felt so amazing to get to spend some time in there and spin around 💞 Really looking forward to settling into this new spot nestled beneath oak, walnut, and cottonwood trees ❤️
