We’ve been furiously working on something incredibly impactful… when Julissa Carielo of @dreamon_group reached out to me a few months back to help her bring CollectiveX to life - I immediately jumped onboard.

This reminded me of what small businesses do to help other small businesses in times when they need it most - kind of like what we did with In This Together during COVID.

Except that Collective X is a new non-profit membership network that brings small businesses and nonprofit organizations together for combined purchasing power. We are helping smaller organizations access benefits traditionally available only to larger companies; starting with healthcare options from several carriers; including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and related options.

Membership is free! The more of us that join, the stronger our collective buying power will become and the more we can offer our teams and reinvest in ourselves.

That was me 9 years ago. I was 43 and 85 lbs heavier. Today I am 52 and feel 20 years younger. I started the journey on my own, tired of feeling tired and afraid I wouldn’t be around for my girls… I quickly realized I needed help and along came @sikesercise my trainer and incredible friend - he believed I could change my body! And here I am. You should sign up to his gym if you can - hands down the best!
On Monday I start a strength, longevity and nutrition program for women going through “the menopause” (like me) so I can live my next 50 full of life an energy… I’m excited to get started with @newleaf_lifestyle on Monday - if you want to know more… reach out!

I always find myself in awe of how one can form friendships (more like sisterhoods) that can span decades. The beautiful thing is like in any relationship if we don’t grow and accept each other at each stage - the love either exponentially grows or it can fade.

The love, generosity, inclusiveness, laughs, spats, intense conversations and most of all the feeling of being taken care of… for no other reason than because we love each other.

I am so grateful for my friendship bubbles… they are what refills my tank every time.

I found this today…
And it made me think about what I needed to free myself of…
For years my lists were endless - as I learn more and know less - my lists get simpler. Today it was one very specific thing -
❤️Free myself of trying to control the outcome. ❤️
*Let things fall as they are intended to fall. *Everything will make itself clear on its own.
*Trust the process and the work I’ve put into myself.
*See things as they are not how I want to see them.
*Things always work out perfectly.

A few weeks ago, I was part of a private holistic ceremony in Austin.
I went in curious and honestly quite nervous - as I had had 3 other experiences that I didn’t love - so I went in without a lot of expectations.

What happened - ended up being one of the most profound experiences of my life.

I saw parts of myself I’d been carrying for years—old wounds, old patterns, old ways of protecting myself—and for the first time, I wasn’t trying to push them away or figure them out. I just let myself ride with them.

There was a level of surrender, self-love, and healing that I honestly didn’t know was possible. I felt connected to myself in a way I had never felt before. I understood myself deeply - the why I was the way I was. It was powerful, beautiful, and deeply loving.

A huge part of why I felt so safe was because of the guides and the container they created.

It was magical!

They bring so much care, knowledge, love, experience and integrity to this work.

The entire experience felt grounded, thoughtful, and incredibly well-supported.

Chris and Aeon are coming back to Austin at the end of June for private and group ceremonies.

If this is something you’ve been curious about, or if you’ve felt called to do deeper healing work, I wanted to share because I’m genuinely grateful I found them.

Sometimes the experiences that change us most are the ones we never expected.
