I am proud to be Latina. 🔊 sound on to hear my thoughts 🫶🏼 Thank you, @claudiaromoedelman and the @weareallhumanorg for the facts that give language to what so many of us have carried quietly.

What I have found in life is that self love is a responsibility. When you truly love who you are, you are not threatened by those around you. You become a builder instead, because you understand that ecosystems matter, and that everyone must be able to operate at their highest level for any of us to rise.

History was meant to be studied so that it would not be repeated. We evolve only by understanding our core essence, making peace with it, and choosing to contribute as a whole person rather than a fragmented one.

The last slide says it all. When your core is love, pride becomes generous. If I am proud of me, and that pride is rooted in love, then I am proud of you as well, because you can feel my love and I can feel yours. This is not perfection or utopia it is humanity. We are always becoming. This is acceptance, and acceptance is how we coexist.

Sweb Spotlight: Magaly Chocano

Meet Magaly Chocano, Founder and CEO of Sweb Development. From leading innovative projects to pushing the team to think bigger, she’s always building what’s next. When we asked how many tabs she’s had open at once, her answer was 127 — so many they were literally hiding behind each other.

Her most-used Slack emoji? 🙄 And when it comes to the number of edits she’s made on a client project, she says: “I don’t think it’s healthy to rehash my well-documented history of panic attacks… today I choose to meditate.”

Some of her favorite projects this past year include the 10X Portal, AI learning initiatives, and our retreats. She’s also looking forward to May, when she’ll be heading to NYU to watch her youngest graduate.

Excitement level for the next secret retreat activity? 27 out of 10.

"It was an incredible honor to receive the 2026 Enterprising Women of the Year Award alongside such inspiring, enterprising women. Every day I’m reminded of just how strong, resilient, powerful and compassionate women truly are.

Only about 4% of entrepreneurs ever reach $1M+ in revenue. Of that small group, roughly 3% are women. And within that number, only about 1% are Latina women.

So to every woman out there building something bold, especially my fellow Latinas, keep going. We belong in these rooms, on these stages and at the top of these numbers.

Let’s go, girls. We’ve got this." - Magaly Chocano

These are some of my favorite women — the ones who have walked beside me, witnessed my story, and loved me through every version of myself. When we come together and alchemize our experiences, we don’t just heal ourselves — we create a ripple effect of love and light that is felt for generations to come.

Thank you for being a part of my journey. Thank you for shining your light so brightly. And thank you for adding your glow into my life. I am forever grateful for each and every one of you. 🤍✨

Happy International Women’s Day — I see you, and I thank you for seeing me. Here’s to all of our neXt Levels. xoxo

Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.- Robert Frost ✨

This year I decided to usher in a Proper New Year’s Eve—literally—at the Proper Hotel in Austin. Only to have serendipity find me around every corner. From my friend Magaly and Doug inviting me to dinner, to going into a New Year’s party alone and meeting new friends on the dance floor, the universe kept whispering “yes.” and Godwink’s were around every corner.

Here’s to following the joy and ushering in greatness one yes and dance move at a time. Knowing the best is yet to come. 111111 yep my room was on the 11th floor 🙌🏼

This breath of fresh air ignited my soul, and the signs were all there saying: Xitlalt, you have arrived. Miracles happen when you trust the journey. xoxo
