MABUHAY!! 🇵🇭

@maggielicious___ and her mom Ling are sharing the art of rolling Lumpia Shanghai, crispy Filipino spring rolls!
They’ll be turning Grønne Bønners leftover veggies into pancit, a Filipino noodle dish that will be used as the filling for our crispy lumpia.

Lumpia rolling workshop starts at 11:00 and we will be rolling and frying until we run out!

From 12:00, we’ll be serving Arroz de Calabasa (Filipino congee) a warm bowl of Filipino comfort.

Drop by and roll with us as we share Filipino food, traditions and culture.

Free for everyone! Bring smiles and efterårsjakker!!

Mama lingling is cooking one of her classics. Its empanadas! 😋 filled with pork, potatoes, carrots & raisins. Take a bite and fill that bun up with piri piri sauce. Its heavenly mums! A big privilege to get this in my lunchbox at school as a kid and it still is when i visit her. Mmmh 😋😋 by @maggielicious___

Some analog footage from when me and my farmer mates interviewed Berit from @lystbaekgaard for a school project about nature maintenance. We spend hours of laying on the heather moorland, talking and watching the 200 norwegian sheep ‘spælsau’ grazing the heather and doing their thing. No fence system at all, only pure dog control by the Border Collies. It was a very interesting talk about how to keep a herd, life cycle of a sheep, the wool’s function in farming, such as using the wool for mulching the soil and understanding the business of the meat production and the wool production. It was a beautiful experience and Berit is a true legendary shepherdess of Denmark. by @maggielicious___
