Hello! I’m Dayna Ognibene and I am Magic Hour Movement - I curate yoga and music taking you on an hour long journey from root to crown and into the magic of your spirit. I’m honored to share my practice with you so that you can feel the magic of this beautiful moving meditation. Updates are coming soon for summer pop up classes and collaborations. Playlists and Schedule will be up on my website soon. Take a big breath in all together, and exhale (let something go). by @magic_hour_movement

Movement is magic, mamas! 🧘‍♀️

Whether it’s strength training, yoga, a dance party, or a walk with your little ones, the goal is to move in a way that feels good for your body and your mind. Practice daily self love and care so you can fuel that into how you take care of your family.

Prioritize joy over perfection—you deserve it! 💛 #mamamovement #feelgoodflow #mindbodybalance by @magic_hour_movement
